Returns and exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your Clutch Sports Apparel purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 3-5 business days for our team to process your return store credit. Credit is processed in the form of store credit. This can be used towards a new or future order. Store credit never expires. 

Ship back the product and the original packaging to the address below

Include a note in the package on if you would like to return for store credit or exchange for new size. If it is exchange please note the new size. The exchange will be shipped back to you at no additional charge. 

If its a return, as soon as our returns team processes it, we will contact you via email with your code for store credit.

At this time, we do not offer refunds. All unused orders can be returned for store credit for orders placed within 30 days that are returned in its original condition and packaging.

When you return your unused purchase to Clutch Sports Apparel by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive store credit for the amount of the product, minus shipping cost.

Warranty

The Clutch Sports Apparel warranty program covers our baseball & softball batting gloves for any manufacture defects within 30 days of purchase. Any issues outside of the warranty period will be reviewed on a per case basis as every player uses their gloves differently. We have customers who take 200-300 swings/BP session and hit 5 days a week, and others who play only 12 league games a year and that's it. There are many different routines that it's impossible for us to put a guarantee our products outside of the warranty period. For team orders, please email us at sales@clutchsportsapparel.com and we will give you a team discount based on the quantity. The minimum order for team orders is 10 pairs.
